Production Timeline & Capacity

We have established production timelines:
Sample Order: 2 to 3 weeks Approx
Production Period: About 4-6 weeks

But production timelines will depend upon the nature of design, the number of pieces to be ordered, availability of gemstones, CAD approval, customer input and pad-locking (plating) of jewelry pieces to be produced in a certain period.

Our production capacity is about 30,000 pieces per month but we are also in a position to scale up production as per demand for long-term production.

Shipping of International Orders

We are doing international shipping of jewelry orders regularly using international couriers like UPS, FedEx etc. 

Shipping cost will depend mainly on:

1. Weight of the shipment
2. Dimensions of the shipment
3. Destination
4. Type of shipment
5. Number of pieces

Shipping of small parcels like samples or prototypes will cost around USD 50 approximately.

Cost of larger shipments will be determined after knowing the specifications and destination of shipment.

Customers are issued shipment documents, with all specifics related to shipment including product and weight details before dispatch.

International Orders Payment Terms:

Standard payment terms are:

1. 100% prepayment for a sample order.
2. 50% payment in advance and 50% before the shipment of production orders.

For customers having a reasonable history of orders, credit facilities may be given after internal evaluation.
